FIRST MONTH

Step 1
We'll have a Content Strategy session to extract your knowledge and get clear on the course and expectations.
Step 2
Conduct a Learning Needs Analysis that looks at who your target audience is, what their learning styles are, and how they prefer to learn.
Step 3
Create clearly defined learning objectives with a structured course outline.

SECOND MONTH

(VALUED AT $9500)

THIRD MONTH

(VALUED AT $3000)

Step 5
Design a branded course presentation slide deck. This includes:
- speaker notes that can be used for video lesson scripts.
- sourcing images and visual assets.

FOURTH MONTH

(VALUED AT $5000)

Step 6
Create interactive activities for every module, and 1 x Course Participants Guide / workbook.
Step 7
Handover the slide deck with the speaker notes for you to start recording the video lessons.
Step 8
Review and approve all content. There is no charge for up to 3 x small edits or tweaks. Any other modifications or expansions to the course project must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to additional charges.

FIFTH MONTH

(VALUED AT $5000)

Step 9
Setup course platform, This includes:
- Uploading the 5 x modules and 1 x course participant guide.
- Creating an automatic "Welcome" email for new enrolments.
- Creating a quick onboarding video on how to navigate the platform to be included in the welcome email.

SIXTH MONTH

(VALUED AT $1000)

Step 10
Create and upload 1 x end-of-course survey.
Step 11
Final project walkthrough for final approval. Handover will also be given so you are equipped to monitor learner progress, and make small edits and tweaks to the course yourself moving forward.
